In addition to its extensive range of process and packing equipment, Dott Bonapace supplies complementary preparation equipment, all appropriate for use in laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals and for small scale production.

The MP-6 powder blending and mixing systems are bench top units ideal for use in laboratories. The main drive has a fully variable speed with an adjustable electronic timer.

The machines are available with both V-shaped and cylindrical mixing containers in a range of sizes from 0.5 up to 12 litres, all manufactured from316 stainless steel.

Various accessories are also available including caps for the V-shaped containers fitted with mixing paddles, which can be driven if required.

Also available are a range of planetary mixers, including a bench top unit which is ideal for use in laboratories yet, despite its small size, effectively mimics larger, production units.

The machines are some of the smallest of their type available on the world market. They are fully self contained units complete with heating, cooling and vacuum systems and are available as homogenisers and also with turbo emulsifiers if required. These units are completely made from stainless steel.

They come complete with variable speed mixer, variable speed turbine, automatic lid lifting, powered tilting and all necessary heating, cooling and vacuum controls and connections.
