Automatic Single Dose Bag
& Sachet Form Fill & Seal Machine

A free standing, compact vertical form fill and seal machine, mounted on castors for ease of use, forms part of the Dott Bonapace range for single dose packs.

The unit produces a variety of small four sided sealed bags using material fed from two independent reels. These can be fed with a range of products including powder, hot and cold liquids and solid dose pharmaceuticals such as tablets and capsules as standard. A touch screen is used for ease of operation with various pre-set menus available for controlling the machine and the output. Simple and easy to fit change parts allow maximum versatility with this economically priced, fully automatic machine

It can also be manually loaded with a wide variety of products using a footswitch for the operator to initiate each cycle after filling, or using a sensor which does this when the presence of the product after loading has been detected.

This machine is ideal for small scale production of specialised products and the introduction of new products with minimal investment in packaging equipment. It is also suitable for pack development or simulation of higher speed production machines for new product testing.

As well as different filling systems a number of options are available on this unit including on this unit including print registration, easy open notching device, peel off opening systems and various coding devices.
