RTC 128 Automatic Rewinding Machines

This machine uses exactly the same advanced technology as the RTC 129 but is dedicated to the production of rolls of film.

It features the non-stop mother reel changeover system which minimises downtime and optimises output efficiencies. The operator removes the old mother reel and prepares a new one while the reel on the other half of the turret is being processed. A small roll with the splice is produced during the change over which is then automatically rejected from the machine.

This unit also features five servomotors, touch screen control and a self diagnosis system. Two versions are available, the 340 for widths between 210 and 330 mm and the 470 for widths from 210 to 460 mm.
