RTC 115 & 125 Automatic Rewinding Machines

The RTC 125 uses the same advanced technology as the RTC 129 but is dedicated to the production of rolls of aluminium foil.

Again, the very latest and most advanced technology is used for the production of rolls of aluminium foil.  This is one of the highest speed machines in the world, designed to run continuous shifts with high efficiency and minimum downtime to optimise production yields.

With rewinding speeds of up to 700 metres per minute and capable of producing up to 45 rolls per minute, this machine is ideal for both retail and catering rolls where the outside diameter of the finished pack is under 60mm.

The unit can run with glue or non-glue start for foil rolls, with the capacity to use jumbo mother rolls of 1,000 mm diameter, utilising five servomotors for high production speeds, and ease of set up for differing products.

This unit also features five servomotors, touch screen control and a self diagnosis system.

The RTC 115 is a slightly more economical version of the machine capable of producing up to 42 rolls per minute.  It still offers high speed, high efficiency output, with servomotor controls.
