RTC 131 Automatic Rewinding Machines
This is the latest generation of rewinder for the production of large diameter rolls of aluminium foil, cling film and paper for catering use.
With a capacity to produce rolls with an outer diameter of up to 110mm, the unit utilises much of Rotomac advanced control and production technology in an extremely compact machine requiring minimal floor space.
Accepting jumbo aluminium mother reels of up to 1 metre in diameter on a dedicated unwinder for aluminium while a cantilever expansion shaft is used for film mother reels. This folds out of the way when not in use.
The RTC 131 again features five servomotors, control via a colour LCD touch screen and a self diagnosis system for very fast and simple set up and changeovers.
It offers high efficiency output with rewinding speeds of up to 1,000 metres per minute, including glue or non-glue start for foils rolls, and a mechanical output of up to 20 rolls per minute. |
