The RTC 129 is the very latest machine with some of the most advanced technology for the production of rolls of aluminium and film.

It is one of the highest speed machines in the world, designed to run continuously with high efficiency and minimum downtimes to optimise production yields.

With rewinding speeds of up to 600 metres per minute and capable of producing up to 45 rolls per minute, the RTC 129 is ideal for both retail and catering rolls where the outside diameter of the finished pack is under 60mm.

The unit can run with glue or non-glue start for foil rolls, with the capacity to use jumbo mother rolls of 1,000mm diameter, using five servomotors for high production speeds, and ease of set up for different products.

Film mother reels are loaded onto cantilevered shafts and a non-stop change over system provides increased efficiency and minimal downtime.

Fully electronic controls via a colour touch screen using pre-programmed settings for different products, recalled at the touch of a button, makes the machine fast and simple to both use and change from one product to another. A self diagnosis system and modem link to the factory, allow easy troubleshooting and fault finding.
